Desert Dog Police K9 Trials & Public Safety Expo is a public safety expo and high‑level K9 competition hosted by the Arizona Law Enforcement Canine Association (ALECA) at WestWorld of Scottsdale. The two‑day event brings together dozens of law‑enforcement K9 teams to compete in field trials and perform demonstrations of handler protection, apprehension, and narcotics/explosives detection while police, SWAT, and fire apparatus and public‑safety vendors are on display.
