We have always gone to Litchfield's for special occasions. Their service is second to none. We were a bit disappointed this time. I ordered a filet medium rare and it was pretty much raw. My husband's rib eye was really thin and had a lot of gristle. The ceviche was shrimp and the shrimp had a weird texture, very limp and squishy. It also did not seem that it was "cooked" in lemon juice as is traditional ceviche.
