Great venue and normally superb but not so good on our last visit on our anniversary two days after Christmas since...the red wine was strangely chilled (both wines ordered) the caesar Gem salad was bland, dry almost wilted and tasteless with little dressing, the Scottish salmon was small and overcooked (med-rare was promised but it was well done, dry and lacked flavor but the side vegetable with broccoli was devine) there were only 2 cooks visible in the main dining room kitchen that we saw and there were not enough servers to handle the dining room rush that nite so service was very slow and food not as hot and tasty as we normally get here . We had to wave our server down on occasion as she was very busy and seemed to be overwhelmed. Maybe covid and the holidays have had an effect? The Pork belly appetizer was truly wonderful and the best 👌 part of the evening along with the wonderful, tasty and well prepared complimentary dessert provided on our anniversary. Still a great restaurant and we will go back but hope fine dining will be restored.
