Phoenix Ballet presents The Nutcracker is a family-friendly, large-scale staging of the classic holiday ballet produced by Phoenix Ballet at the Arizona Financial Theatre in downtown Phoenix. Choreographed by artistic director Slawomir Wozniak, the production pairs the company’s professional dancers with student performers from the Master Ballet Academy and features traditional highlights such as the Snow scene, national dances, and the Sugar Plum Fairy. The show serves as Phoenix Ballet’s annual winter centerpiece at a major downtown performing-arts venue.
